A: We guarantee that employers will be able to view resumes of candidates for the position they want to staff - like a Dental hygienist job for example. Therefore, the success rate is 100%. Whether or not the employer hires someone is based on factors outside our control and particular to each employer/worker. We do not track whether or not an employee was hired.
